For the launch of WANTED on Home Video, BIG Home Video has tied up for a cross promotion deal with Power Horse Energy drink.
With the purchase of every WANTED DVD or VCD consumers get a free Power Horse energy drink worth Rs 75/-. There is also an exclusive contest on the internet. Consumers can log in to the Power Horse website and get a chance to win exciting prizes, the first prize – A fully paid adventure weekend in Austria.
The release of WANTED will also be promoted on radio. Fever the radio partner will promote the home video launch via RJ mentions and contests.
On the internet innovative promotions are planned with the online partner Zapak.com. A special micro-site is being created on Zapak.com where consumers can download exclusive wallpapers, screen savers and play the online game. Zapak will also promote the release of WANTED via mailers to their over 5.3 million database. The campaign will include above the line promotions like TV spots across GEC, movie and news channels.
The Home Video of WANTED is out in stores now; the DVD is priced at Rs 599. The English VCD is priced at Rs 299 and the Hindi, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam VCD are priced at Rs. 99 respectively.
